ADMINISTRATION TEAM CHANGES

To enhance our dedicated customer service team it is with great pleasure that Shirley® announce the following changes and additions to the Manchester OEKO-TEX® and office administration teams.

Fiona McAllin takes on the role of Operational Head (Administration) with a remit to control, review and revise our OEKO-TEX® administrative office to ensure our levels of service to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 clients across the World. Fiona will also take control of the review and update of our LIMS and SAGE office software suites, to ensure our systems are state-of-the-art and serve our requirements fully.

Verity Hardy and Lindsey Cormack take positions as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 customer service representatives, each with responsibility for the ongoing control and administration of the 800+ certificates that Shirley issue each year.

Catherine Sorbie and Farah Abdulhameed take positions in our office team, each with responsibility for the smooth running of a busy administration service, and Farah with additional responsibility for our invoicing functions.
